Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the investment work of the company’s early projects;
- Responsible for information collection and screening, business negotiations, transaction structure design, and investment agreement conclusion for early-stage projects;
- Responsible for the project approval review, feasibility study report preparation, risk assessment, investment execution and post-investment management of early investment projects;
- Responsible for planning the exit method, finding exit opportunities and resources, preparing exit proposals, and organizing specific exit operations.
Qualifications:
- Having a master's degree or above in finance, finance, economics, management and other related majors, graduated from prestigious domestic and foreign universities, and those with overseas study background is preferred;
- Have more than 2 years of angel investment and FA-related experience, be familiar with domestic and foreign capital markets, and be able to effectively link network resources with different backgrounds; and have stable project channels;
- Applicants with working background in internationally renowned angel investment institutions and FA institutions will be given priority;
- Be optimistic and motivated, and be able to effectively connect people with different backgrounds; and have stable project channels;
- Be familiar with early-stage investment business, processes and working models, have certain basic knowledge of finance and legal affairs, and have the ability to independently undertake equity investment execution and post-investment management;
- Be familiar with energy, environmental protection, consumer services and other fields, and have a strong comprehensive analysis of industry development, market situation, technical characteristics and leading companies;
- Have strong writing skills, be able to independently complete due diligence reports, investment reports and business plans, have strong learning ability, be responsible and enthusiastic about work;
- Quick thinking, good communication, strong affinity, good image and temperament
