Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Manager to lead deal sourcing and manage investments in the residential real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing residential real estate investment opportunities. The role requires a deep understanding of market trends, strong relationships within the industry, and a proven track record in deal origination and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Deal Sourcing and Origination

• Identify and source residential real estate investment opportunities, including land acquisitions, development projects, and value-add properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, brokers, and other key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and high-potential locations for residential investments.

Investment Analysis and Strategy

• Perform financial modeling, due diligence, and feasibility studies to assess potential investments.
• Prepare detailed investment memorandums and present recommendations to senior management and the investment committee.
• Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with the company’s goals and risk tolerance.

Transaction Management

• Negotiate deal terms, contracts, and joint venture agreements.
• Coordinate with legal, financial, and technical teams to ensure smooth transaction execution.
• Manage the acquisition process, including documentation, compliance, and post-closing integration.

Portfolio Management

• Monitor and manage the performance of residential real estate assets in the company’s portfolio.
• Work closely with asset management teams to optimize asset value and ensure ROI targets are met.
• Provide regular updates and reports on portfolio performance to stakeholders.

Networking and Market Presence

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance deal flow.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics in the residential real estate sector.
