Job description
Diagnose general network problem such as IP trace, performance measure, log review in Windows or Firewall
Assist in solving problem related to network/PC/Software/Printer/WiFi
Handle the set-up, installation and maintenance of PC/Mac/WiFi/Network/Printer device that align with the company’s requirements
As the major IT helpdesk contact (Level 1 & 2 support), to perform troubleshooting, purchasing, asset management and audit of IT items
Promote and ensure IT practice comply with company’s policy in terms security, connectivity and use of tools
Audit, monitor and manage the IT infrastructure, hardware, software, inventory of IT items, according to the system and plan
Perform ad hoc assignments by management
Job requirements
University degree in Computer Science or a related subject
1 year and above proven hands-on network engineering experience (fresh graduates will also be considered)
General understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS)
Understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model, topology diagram, PC assemble, printer driver setup, WIFI setup.
Understanding any one of systems with administration experiences: Microsoft Windows 2019 Server, VMWare, Ubuntu/other Linux systems.
Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
Languages: Native Vietnamese, General English Level (Verbal, Write & Read) OR General Mandarin Level (Verbal)
