​Requirement Description/Function:
As a Technical Support Engineer in Lazada Techhub, you will be responsible for providing technical
support to end-users across multiple countries and platforms, including e-commerce and logistics.
You will also design, develop, and maintain internal tools using Java or other programming
languages to support the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely and effective resolution of technical issues via internal ticket management
system
-Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
-Managing ticket and updating ticket activity
- Monitoring ticket aging and documentation
- Knowledge transfer for known issues
-Designing, developing, and maintaining internal tools using Java or other programming languages

​Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in IT Operations/Service Desk/ IT Support or relevant programming
background
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a professional attitude
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to explain technical
concepts to non-technical users. Chinese communication is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred


Other Requirements/Work Intensity:

- Willingness to work in night shift/weekends/holidays for special events such as Campaign or
Projects required
Day Shift: 7AM-4PM
Night Shift: 3PM -11PM
