Responsibilities
• Implement and maintain IT infrastructure, support digital transformation, and ensure information security in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001.
• Participate in the implementation of digital transformation projects such as ERP, CRM, and internal management systems.
• Train and support users in utilizing new digital tools.
• Participate in building and maintaining the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
• Conduct risk assessments, propose, and implement information security control measures.
• Assist in preparing for and participating in internal and external audits related to ISO/IEC 27001.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in the IT industry
• In-depth knowledge of information security and cybersecurity
• Experience in enterprise digital transformation and implementing ISO 27001 practices
• Possess CCNA, MCSA, or equivalent certifications
• Knowledge of computer networks, Windows/Linux operating systems; familiarity with ERP, PMS, OA, CRM systems is a plus
• Advanced computer proficiency with basic knowledge of standard IT equipment; capable of independently resolving common computer issues
• Good English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with a TOEIC score of 650 or above (or equivalent)
