- Our client, global e-commerce company, is seeking an IT Operation Engineer to expand their business in Vietnam. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, focusing on maintaining and optimizing an organization's IT infrastructure to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
- Configure and manage various IT systems such as NAS, desktop management tools, Zabbix monitoring systems, printing systems, AD domain controllers, DHCP, etc., ensuring their stable operation and security.
- Perform troubleshooting and resolution of IT issues, provide technical support and recommendations, ensuring the continuity, reliability, and confidentiality of business systems.
- Manage network devices, network configurations, and maintenance of various security parameters to ensure the performance and stability of network equipment and software.
- Responsible for equipment deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and integration and optimization in different scenarios.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Familiar with basic operating systems and network knowledge, with relevant certifications or experience.
- Proficient in system management solutions, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
- Possess excellent problem-solving judgment and analytical skills, able to remain clear-headed and composed under pressure.
