- Oversee the company's Local Area Network (LAN), ensuring smooth data sharing and storage across internal systems, as well as maintaining the company website. Regularly perform data backups for the company’s computer system.
- Manage and maintain the company’s communication systems, including telephone lines, fax, email, and internet.
- Provide IT support to all departments and employees, assisting with both hardware and software-related issues.
- Ensure the stability, security, and ongoing maintenance of the company’s IT systems.
- Manage email access rights, internet privileges, and other relevant software for employees.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2000 standards, guiding employees in using systems effectively.
- Perform additional IT-related tasks as required by senior management.

- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
- Proficient in English or Japanese with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Extensive experience in network administration, software installation, troubleshooting, and communication systems management.
- Solid knowledge of website management, IT security, and basic programming.
