Java Technical Lead – Project Lead

Job description
• Responsible for managing and communicating with relevant departments 
regarding the project.
• Responsible for planning, monitoring project progress, managing costs, and 
ensuring project quality.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors. 

Your skills and experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT or related fields (over 5 years of work 
experience, including at least 3 years of project development experience).
• Proficient in Java development technologies, familiar with web architecture design 
based on J2EE, and web development processes.
• Strong experience in Web MVC development (Struts, Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
• Knowledge of front-end technologies, proficient in jQuery and AJAX, with 
standard skills in HTML/HTML5 and browser compatibility issues.
• Experience in designing and developing databases using DB2, Oracle, 
PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL-based connections.
• Familiar with software design standards, capable of performing system 
requirement analysis and architecture design.
• Strong coding skills and the ability to train and enhance team capabilities.
• Good management, leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with 
strong connectivity abilities.
• Can communicate in English. Japanese and Chinese skills are nice-to-haves.
