Assistant Merchandiser
- Receive order requested from related team
- Check order details and issue PO on internal system
- Place order with supplier, keep track of order status and ensure goods are delivered on time
- Work with accounting team to ensure payment to supplier on time and correctly.
- Check freight, local charge, trucking… and book with forwarder for import shipment.
- Investigate import procedures and make sure suppliers provide all needed shipping documents for each kind of goods
- Make sure to take advantage of preferences on import duty
- Check shipping documents, prepare documents for customs clearance, check with forwarder to make sure declaration is correct and on time.
- Solving issues regarding over/short ship, delivery, quality …
- Update overview of price for all materials and accessories
- Calculate FOB price for garments
- Research and develop new materials and accessories
- Other tasks as assigned

 Required:
- Fresh graduated with bachelor's degree in textile, merchandising, supply chain management, export import. Or at least 01year experience in garment industry related fields.
- Good written & spoken English skill is a must.
- Good skill in Microsoft Office Software is a plus.
