KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
Location: Vung Tau

RESPONSIILITIES
1. Site safety Management
- HSE standard following: apply all required HSE standard/requirement of Company corporation for the team as well as sub-contractors/equipment…
- HSE awareness and abidance for NO MTI/LTI: organize the monthly/quarterly review meeting for HSE with Vietnam HSE officer to improve the awareness of subcontractor’ s operators and implement required corrective actions
- PPE effective control: manage strictly the using as well as inventory of PPE without wasting
- GSA: must be passed as per global requirement

2. Site business and operation management
- Site operation cost management: monitor and evaluate the consumption of refractory against performance/KPIs and expense of man-power/expense of spare part/office expense vs allowable budget to minimize the cost/expense and maximize the profitability under safety operation
- Planning/forecast: oversee the trends from client application, production planning in order to plan/revise the plan accordingly and provide the monthly sales forecast/yearly or quarterly sales target
- Inventory management: drive S&OP discipline across the SEA organization and achieve monthly forecast accuracy of +/-5% min and control efficiently the inventory at site/under transit and under production.
- Continuous improvement leading: coordinate with site team, M&T team, product managers for the trial and technology solution of performance-effective products, cost-effective products
- Report (internal/external): comprehensive and informative monthly report/trial report must be well prepared and be submitted internally/externally on time with professional manner
- Technical meeting/discussion with client: monthly/weekly technical meeting with client under involving M&T team/product managers to update the performance of refractory, to drive some improvement project, to introduce some new technology/product/solution with professional manner.
- Payment/Debt following/collection: ensure all required documents for monthly payment must be prepared/approved/submitted on time to avoid any delay of payment from client. Push for collection on time
- Equipment and spare part management: build proper program for equipment maintenance with records, significant spare part to ensure equipment in good-ready condition and safe operation.
- Market share maintain and new sales detection: secure the current market share and increase it by looking for opportunity to sell new more products in any other areas to increase the sales turnover

3. Team Management
- Team member objective setting and performance appraisal: build the comprehensive job description for each position, give clear tasks/responsibility team member and set the SMART objectives for each position in team to achieve the individual achievement and company goals.
- Team member retention: build strong and qualified team with most suitable retention
- Team member development: train, empower and develop talents in team to be successor force

4. Customer Relationship Management
- Client satisfaction maximizing: eliminate the client’s complaints/conflicts with effective solutions or trouble shooting, meet beyond customer’s expectation by products/service/people and others if any.
- Good relationship enhancement with top management of client: build and develop good relationship with top managers of customer to support for the existing and potential business at site

5. Subcontractor Management
- HSE compliance: to be sure that operators of subcontractors follow strictly safety standard of Company without MTI/LTI
- Labour optimization: ensure operators to meet quality requirement of job at site, discipline and optimized quantity to reduce the cost and maximize the profit

REQUIREMENTS
- University degree or post graduate diploma of engineering, prefer Metallurgy or Material Science/ Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering or related field
- 5-10 years experience in working in site operation (production/plant), especially steel making plant or heavy industry is preferred
- At least 5 years experience in management role such as production management or project management
- Smooth communication/presentation in English and Vietnamese is must
- Team and sub-contractor management
- Strong client relationship building and development
- Be able to work under high pressure, self-motivate
