As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our client growth and success by building and nurturing relationships with key retail and wholesale partners. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market share expansion, and ensuring the availability and accessibility of our ETC and OTC products to healthcare providers, pharmacies, and distributors.

Reporting Line: Head of Business

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Key Account Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key retail and wholesale partners in the pharmaceutical sector.
    • Develop a deep understanding of partner needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions and support.
  2. Sales Growth and Market Expansion:

    • Identify growth opportunities within the retail and wholesale channels, devising and executing strategies to increase market presence and boost sales.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with overall business objectives.
  3. Product Knowledge and Value Proposition:

    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our ETC and OTC pharmaceutical products, enabling effective communication of their value propositions to partners.
  4. Sales Targets and Contract Negotiations:

    • Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals within the retail and wholesale channels.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  5. Performance Metrics and Reporting:

    • Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales performance, market share, and profitability.
    • Analyze data to make informed decisions and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  6. Compliance and Regulation:

    • Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies in the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus
  • Proven experience in key account management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical product distribution landscape
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English & Vietnamese
