Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development of high-quality, impactful, and scalable products and systems to achieve business goals.

2. Proficiently translate intricate UI/UX designs from Figma mockups into clean, maintainable, and scalable code using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).

3. Collaborate closely with backend developers to seamlessly integrate RESTful APIs, ensuring efficient data flow and optimal application performance.

4. Optimize frontend performance through profiling, code splitting, and dynamic resource loading.

5. Conduct thorough technical assessments of UI/UX designs to ensure feasibility and provide constructive feedback to designers and stakeholders.

6. Collaborate closely with engineering managers and engineers across multiple platforms and domains.

7. Support in recruiting, developing, and retaining exceptional engineering talent who excel in innovative, user-focused, fast-paced environments.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.

2. Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.

3. Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and Sass.

4. Experience with version control tools, particularly Git.

5. Strong understanding of web standards and best practices.

6. Strong team collaboration awareness; able to work cooperatively with other team members. Experience in Scrum is a plus.

7. Good communication skills and logical thinking/judgment abilities.

8. Proactive and self-motivated to learn.

9. Communicative English skills are a must. Possesses or is willing to learn multiple languages (including Chinese, English, Vietnamese) is preferred.
