Main Responsibilities:

Support Legal department and cooperate with other relevant departments to provide legal advice, legal support for the Projects under the responsibility of Legal department (e.g., Land lease and operation extension of the Company, e-commerce, business lines suplementation, simplify and streamline processes and procedures; implement and maintain internal systems of the Legal Department; monitor and update the company's legal documents,etc); and other relevant Projects (regarding Human Resources, Environment, Fire-fighting ect)
Prepare, submit and complete all the procedures to be granted the new, amended, extended license of the Company in compliance with the laws.
Provide legal review and advice for important, critical contracts from departments
Provide legal review and advice for trade promotion, advertisment, marketing, and sale support programs of the Company.
Provide legal review, advice for labor related issues of the Company in compliane with applicable laws.
Provide legal advice regarding personal data protection, anti-trust

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in a related position within multinational companies or law firms, with a lawyer's practicing certificate
Fluent in spoken and written English
Possesses a proactive attitude towards work, legal thinking, and knowledge of the business operations of multinational companies
Demonstrates compliance, integrity, carefulness, flexibility, and dynamism.
