RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor and control shipments, delivery and inventory of material from and to Business Units
Maintain master data on SAP to ensure smooth system’s run and correct transactional data
System execution for logistics inbound and outbound activities
Perform daily / weekly / monthly reports of Delivery and Inventory Performance for responsible business Units.
Other Logistics Management related tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree with studies related Foreign Trade, International Business Management, or Supply Chain Management.
Minimum 1 years working experience.
Fluent in English is a must.
2nd language (Chinese, Japanese) is a plus.
Possessing knowledge and experience in ERP (SAP is preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Strong communication skills
Strong attention to detail, work ethic, high integrity with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
Problem solving skills with customer centric approach
Good time management, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Ability to understand and evaluate information from a variety of sources
