About the Role:
  • Our client — a leading company in e-commerce — is seeking a Loss Prevention Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for minimizing shrinkage, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and leading efforts to prevent theft and loss across store operations.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Safety Management: Fully responsible for the daily safety management work of the supervised site, implementing EHS management systems/standards/measures in the park, including but not limited to fire safety, production safety, team management, etc.;
  • Emergency Incident Handling: Provide urgent and appropriate handling of on-site emergencies and report them;
  • Business Requirement Support: Handle and support work requests related to safety from business departments and property management companies;
  • Safety Training: Responsible for organizing daily safety training, safety inspections, drills, etc., in the park/warehouse;
  • Government Reception: Assist in receiving inspections from daily government departments such as fire protection, safety supervision, and public security;
  • Safety Record Management: Responsible for establishing safety management records for the site and daily maintenance;
  • Work Improvement: Regularly review the safety management work on-site, propose improvement plans, and implement them.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree or above, with priority given to those with experience in loss prevention on-site management in logistics and warehousing industrial parks;
  • More than 3 years of experience in safety prevention and loss control positions in large and medium-sized logistics/warehouse or manufacturing enterprises, including at least 2 years of team management experience
  • Strong observation, judgment, analysis, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and organizational coordination abilities, teamwork spirit, and sense of responsibility;
  • Ability to handle significant or emergency incidents;
  • Good professional ethics and industry reputation, with no criminal record or negative employment history.
