Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage assigned HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring efficient and timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Structure and manage detailed project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment among team members.
- Identify, assess and mitigate project risks associated with project implementation, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Analyze project status, prepare and deliver regular updates on project schedule and outcomes.
- Collaborate and engage with cross functional teams including HR, IT, Finance and Operations in all phases of the project to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
1. Essential
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR transformation, process changes and implementation.
- Experience of partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage key stakeholder relationships across the organisation.
- Excellent communication skillswith the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage numerous projects.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good command of English or Chinese.
2. Desirable: PMP certification or a formal qualification in project management.
