JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct strategic diagnosis, develop insights, and collaborate with relevant LSP’s Director to set up LSP’s ESG strategy and goals, in alignment with ESG trends and business directions.
Co-develop and deploy ESG technical model & managing process and culture and capability development programs to the assigned areas
Create engagement with area leaders, members, and related stakeholders to influence change and provide implementation supports
Assess effectiveness of implementation, get voices of internal customers to identify and resolve the issues
Daily patrol environment monitoring and regularly environment monitoring
Daily conduct site inspection
Daily environmental inspect the complex facilities include the mangrove area.
Daily inspect waste storage area and collaborate with waste storage owner to move out waste.
Collaborate with CSR to verify when getting the environmental complaint from communities
Monitor follow EIA of Maintenance dredging and dumping permit.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor or higher in Environment Engineering, Environment Science, Environment Management, Chemical Engineering.
0-3 years of experience in environmental engineering in manufacturing company
Strong interpersonal skill, communication skill, and collaboration skill
Display teamwork attitude, work well under pressure, and result oriented
