Working time: Monday – Friday
1/ Responsibility:
1. Control and maintain the spare parts operations.
2. Cooperate and participate in activities according to the company policy.
3. Liaise and coordinate with internal and external departments.
4. Plan and manage departmental tasks to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Control and monitor spare part receiving, storage, distribution, and inventory count.
6. Control and monitor procurement notifications for spare parts to maintain inventory reserves.
7. Report preparation for parts management.
8. Maintain and improve the process of data input into the SAP to ensure quality.
9. Facilitate meetings to ensure cooperation between the maintenance department and other relevant departments.
10. Participate in safety and 5S activities
11. Review outputs of his direct subordinate level, support subordinate level, and solve the problems.
12. Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.
2/ Qualification:
Education: Industrial, Mechanical, Instrumental, Electrical engineer or related field.
Working Experience:
• Minimum 0-3 years of experience in spare parts management, preferably in petrochemical, oil & gas, or manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience with SAP (MM, PM, EWM), inventory systems, and material master data.
• Experience in spare part identification, BOM setup, and critical spare assessment.
Skills requirement:
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel Pivot, VLOOKUP).
• Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams (Both in English and Vietnamese).
