​1/ Job responsibilities:

1.    Support direct superior to control and maintain the spare parts operations.

2.    Support departmental plans and company policies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

3.    Handle and control the process of receiving, storing, issuing, conducting inventory, and verifying the condition of spare parts, ensuring they are always ready for use.

4.    Coordinate the procurement of spare parts as required for stock reserve or upon maintenance team request.

5.    Prepare data reports for spare parts management purposes.

6.    Participate in safety, and 5S activities.

7.    Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.

2/ Qualification:

Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Technology or related field.

Work experience: Minimum 1-5 years in the field or related field (oil and gas; chemical; steel; manufacturing;...).

Knowledge: Proficiency in maintenance management processes and SAP training.

Skills: Proficiency in using computer programs, particularly MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and English (basic communication).
