JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Daily Operation Management:

• Support to ensure contractor readiness to serve Material Management, billing and general store operation.

• Perform works information system (SAP, OPPA, ROOTS, AllPay, E-smart).

• Train, ensure for contractor and new member well knowledge for all kind of chemical at store.

• Support to achieve KPIs:

  • Inventory level

  • Goods receive and transfer correctness

  • On-time payment

  • Accident

• Perform daily operation of MM Store Operation: physical receive and transfer raw materials/ packaging materials/ chemicals according to assignment.

• Perform daily operation of MM Billing Operation: perform GR on SAP, process payment on ALLPAY according to assignment.

• Perform daily operation of MM General Store Operation: create and submit purchase order for PPE based on the demand and inventory, receive, stored and distribute (ROOTS) according to assignment.

• Implement and monitor the working safety and environmental hygiene of works in Chemical Storage area (5S activities, BBS, Chemical Storage regulation)

2. Prepare procedure for operation phase (SOP document and other training materials)

3. Perform safety, environmental, and energy work according to the company’s policies, rules and regulations, and legal requirements.

4. Participate in productivity improvement activities according to the company's policies.

5. Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Logistics Management, Technology, Industrial Management, or a related field.

• At least 1 year of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related fields

• Good English communication and teamwork abilities.

• Systematic/Logical thinking, good interpersonal skill, communication skill, billing in the warehouse.

• Good attitude, Positive thinking and work well under pressure or multitasks, Service mind.

• Have experience in SAP HANA 4, Excel or ERP in a plus

Working hours: Monday - Friday (office hours)

Location: Long Son Factory (Vung Tau city)
