Responsibilities:
1. Control and monitor the inspection devices to ensure it is ready to use and valid.
2. Cooperate and participate in activities according to the company policy.
3. Plan and manage departmental tasks to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
4.1. Retrieve job list information from the SAP system to plan work (Routine & Urgent) and prepare resources. (e.g. tools and equipment, personnel) in accordance with the workload, cost, EH&S requirements of the plant and commander or coordinate with production and maintenance departments to adjust resources when adjustments to plans occur.
4.2. Coordinate, follow up on work, and join in solving problems arising from coordination in order to work as planned
4.3. Retrieve inspection data from the computer system to summarize the results and make a report to present to the supervisor for inspection and offer opinions and forward to the supervisor for consideration and approval before sending to customers
4.4. Analyze and evaluate work results, including work quality, use of resources (people, time, money, tools and equipment), Customer
feedback to prepare reports and present to supervisors to consider improving work.
4.5. Notification of the calibration schedule of measuring instruments. Let the responsible person know in advance and in time.
4.6. Plan annual expenses related to inspection work.
4.7. Prepare a report and summarize the results of using the inspection budget on a monthly basis and explain the reasons for differences
from the plan.
5. Duties of a safety officer at the supervisory level that must be practiced
•Supervise and supervise employees in responsible departments to comply with rules, regulations, orders, or safety measures at work.
•Check working conditions, machines, tools, and equipment to ensure they are in a safe condition before performing daily tasks.
•Check to find the cause of the danger, illness or the occurrence of a nuisance due to the work of an employee, work with a safety officer at the basic or professional level and report the results including recommendations to the employer to urgently prevent the occurrence.
•Promote and support occupational safety activities.
6. Perform safety, environmental, and energy work according to the company’s policies, rules and regulations, and legal requirements.
7. Participate in productivity improvement activities according to the company's policies.
8. Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor in Mechanical/Automation/Oils & Gas Equipment.
2. From 1–5 years experience in mechanical inspection in oils & gas, chemicals, petrochemicals, plastic, steel, and cement.
3. English Intermediate
