• Manage quality of Static/ Rotating maintenance.

• Enhance Static/ Rotating machine reliability in responsible area.

• Built up team competency to achieve work integrity both quality and safety.

• Analysis and investigate root cause of problem with provide corrective and preventive solution.

• Perform Team leader function for working well good mindset and learn hard for work smart.

• Involve in activities for improve production according company’s policy.

• Perform all work with Safety, Health, and environment also energy management to follow company’s policy and local law and regulations.

• Perform miscellaneous duties, which are work-related, as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering is desirable

• 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance in shutdown or operation phase in Petrochemicals business or Petrochemicals-related business.

Skills:

• Intensive knowledge of petrochemicals plants.

• Good safety awareness, mindset and behavior.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• High English proficiency (Speaking/Listening/Reading/Writing).

• Proficient in the use of necessary program or software.
