1/ Job responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise periodic maintenance (PM), breakdown maintenance, and major shutdown/turnaround maintenance activities.
Analyze root causes of mechanical equipment failures and propose technical improvements to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
Supervise the installation, calibration, and commissioning of new mechanical equipment and the modification of existing systems.
Manage the SAP system (PM/MM modules): ensure accurate updates, compliance, and effective utilization in maintenance operations.
Control the maintenance budget, track materials and spare parts inventory to ensure readiness for technical incidents.
Provide guidance and training for technicians on mechanical repair procedures, safety practices, and positive work attitude.
Collaborate closely with internal departments, suppliers, and service contractors to ensure job progress and quality.
Perform safety supervision duties at the team leader level, complying with all regulations related to safety, health, environment, and energy.
Participate in productivity improvement initiatives and internal company programs as per company policies.
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

3/ Required Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree / Engineer in Mechanical Engineering or related technical disciplines
Good English communication skills (required)
Hands-on experience in the repair and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment at petrochemical, chemical, or heavy industry plants
Ability to read P&ID and mechanical cross-section drawings
Proficient in SAP (PM/MM modules), AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
Strong analytical, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
