9. Work performed as a senior maintenance engineer for mechanical:
- Plan, control, and improve mechanical maintenance work.
• Plan, control and monitor PM (PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE) work continuously.
• Follow up on operations to evaluate the efficiency of maintaining machinery/equipment.
• Plan, control, and follow up on BREAK DOWN MAINTENANCE repair work, including analyzing the causes and preventing damage to machines.
• Manage SHUT DOWN PLANT by preparing equipment, labor, planning and controlling work.
• Plan the budget and control expenses to be effective.
• Plan, control and follow up on installation of general mechanical equipment.
• Fix the measuring instrument system and control it correctly using system analysis Adjust calculation values to be appropriate and safe.
• Carry out plans to improve and modify machines in the mechanical system so that they can be used with maximum efficiency.
• Prepare and specify enough SPARE PARTS for maintenance work and correctly.
