1/ Responsibilities:

1.    Design and develop functional training programs to meet the specific needs of different departments and job roles.

2.    Training Needs Assessment by collaborating with department leaders to identify training needs.

3.    Training Delivery by coordinating with external training providers and consultants as needed.

4.    Employee Development Process and System Design and develop a process and system for employee development, such as competency development, learning management

5.    Operational Skill Development by assisting in identifying and addressing employee development needs through training.

2/ Qualification:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Training Operation or related field (Chemical/Petrochemical engineering).

Working experience: Minimum 10years in the field or related.

Skills:

Proficiency in using computer programs, particularly MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and English (basic communication).
