Job Responsibilities:

​1. Manage quality of Rotating maintenance;

2. Enhance Rotating machine reliability in responsible area;

3. Built up team competency to achieve work integrity both quality and safety;

4. Analysis and investigate root cause of problem with provide corrective and preventive solution ;

5. Perform Team leader function for working well good mindset and learn hard for work smart;

6. Involve in activities for improve production according company’s policy.

7. Perform all work with Safety, Health, and environment also energy management to follow company’s policy and local law and regulations.

8. Perform miscellaneous duties, which are work-related, as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering is desirable.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in rotating equipment in construction or operation phase in Petrochemicals business or Petrochemicals-related business.

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:

• Intensive knowledge of petrochemicals plants.

• Good safety awareness, mindset and behavior.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• High English proficiency (Speaking/Listening/Reading/Writing).

• Proficient in the use of necessary programmer software.
