JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build up business relationship with customers by providing technical service, product knowledge, and related technology in term of application recommendation, technical seminar, certificate and related documents support.
Expand market and customer base by collaborating with commercial team according to business direction of company.
Realize movement of customers, suppliers, competitors about their products and applications for considering to improve or develop products and services of company.
Manage product quality claim and complaint from customers.
Support technical information and collaborate with other functions for making decision about product quality issues of company.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor or Master of Polymer Science, Petrochemicals, Chemical Engineering or relevant field.
1 – 5 years of relevant experience.
