POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for ensuring competent maintenance management and execution, and to lead the implementation and execution of the factory asset maintenance program maimed to eliminate unplanned stops and optimize maintenance cost and as a result increase asset intensity.
Based Manage existing assets - Planned maintenance:
• Establish and control maintenance routines to ensure that maintenance activities are scheduled and executed in time with high quality.
• Lead implementation of the maintenance methodologies (PM pillar, foundations) across factory/department, usually member of PM pillar.
• Coach and promote breakdown analysis.
• Ensures availability of maintenance resources to implement and execute maintenance routines, methodologies.
Manage existing assets - Budget management:
• Provide input for annual maintenance budget.
• Report and track maintenance budget according to guidelines. Analyze over/under spending and put in place corrective actions.
Build Engineering Capability:
• Create and manage competence building plan (CBP) for the team.
• Organize technical training program for all factory maintenance staff.
• Promote and educate Factory executive committee about importance of Maintenance.
• Provide input for maintenance staff succession planning.
• Build up maintenance methodologies competencies within Engineering, on the topics from Roles and Responsibilities matrix
Manage existing assets - Production support:
• Support the implementation AM pillar methodologies.
• Coordinate production support to eliminate quality defects, safety risks and chronic technical issues.
• Responsible to link production and engineering, by being active member of Local committee. Co-ordinate with AG & Procurement for sourcing and testing to validate the new materials as required.
Define and adhere to standards:
• Lead implementation of applicable standards.
• Responsible to ensure adherence to applicable standards.
Requirement
• Engineering Degree (e.g. mechanical, mechatronics) or substantial practical experience in engineering
• Good knowledge of Asset maintenance
• Good knowledge of AMM system (SAP PM module)
• Knowledge of TPM methodology is preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in engineering management (maintenance, services), preferably in FMCG related manufacturing environment.
• Upper-Intermediate English Level.
• At least 1 year be a personnel supervisory experience.
• Experience working in multifunctional team (i.e. capital projects, DMAIC) preferred.
• Having good Negotiation skills; Logical thinking, Communication & Presentation skills; Project Management skills.
• Computer competency: Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
