Requirement:
 Degree of engineer mechanic or electrician
 Management experience (at least 2 years of experience in maintenance management)
 Have team leadership skills
 Fluency in English - listening, reading, speaking & writing Ability to work under high pressure

Key Activities:
Compliance and policy & Health _Safety
- Ensure compliance with all Company Rules, Regulations and Codes of Conduct by all team members
- Ensure that all mandatory protocols/SOPs for Health, Safety and Environmental Protection are observed and implemented, well train with safety knowledge and strictly following up.

Management & Operation actiivities
- Deliver the management-prescribed levels of engineering support, quality and cost through coordination, information sharing, control and supervision of people, plant/equipment, systems and material
- Plan, supervise and monitor maintenance & preventive maintenance programs to ensure highest performance for all production machinery
- Follow up all activities which requested by production team and it is approved by manager or improvement process, equipment of production

Personal KPIs & developement
- Work with team to get plan & activities, ITIs to achieve KPIs of team: energy consumpstion, spare & repair conversion cost etc.
- Improve the skill levels of the team members, individually and collectively, through performance monitoring, advice, guidance, instruction and/or training
- Work with team to make the plan for spare part purchase (both import & local) to meet maintenance requirement at lowest stock
- Ensure all activities follow standard operating procedures (SOPs),development internal audit planning to ensure all equipment with checklist is well recorded and maintenance planning is following up

Support & Development
- Enhance communication and employee engagement through transmission and explanation of management’s policy and instructions to the team and of team’s and individuals’ views, attitudes and concerns to management
- Develop good working relationships with internal customers through continual dialogue and cooperation
- Support an improvement in Company performance and prosperity by seeking and reporting more effective ways and means of achieving Company objectives
- Enhance training activities for all below staffs to improve their skills;
