GENERAL FUNCTION
Manage all aspect of the costing analysis to the Brand and the costing organization. Define and measure the financial impact of various product strategies, initiatives, and assist the Brand to achieve the gross pricing margin targets.

PRIMARY DUTIES
1. Leads the Brand costing team to achieve the best result.
2. Proactively manages the business analysis with factory, brand and costing team to review and interpret factory cost sheets and its impact to the total gross pricing margin.
3. Provides seasonal pre-costing. Meets the seasonal costing timeline aligned with development gates and dates. Performs scenario analysis regarding material, component, technology, productivity and macroeconomics change to help brand to achieve target gross price margin per season according to the seasonal critical dates.
4. Drives the communication and meetings on pertinent costing model information to the brand and the costing organization. Track progress against key metrics: FOB target vs. actual FOB.
5. Provide the pre-costing function to the brand.
6. Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
• Technical knowledge of economic profit concepts, strategic planning, and manufacturing.
• Advanced development and project management skills.
• Possesses an understanding and working knowledge of the tools that support the product creation process in the area of upper patterns, bottom tooling and manufacturing.
• Has an understanding of the working methods, machinery and manufacturing of source countries.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentations.
• Ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives.
