The Manager, Covered Warrant (CW) will oversee all aspects of the Covered Warrant business, including product development, risk management, performance tracking, and process optimization. This role is responsible for driving business growth, ensuring compliance with approved strategies, and leading the team to achieve departmental KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Management & Strategy
- Lead and manage the entire Covered Warrant (CW) business lifecycle, including issuance, release, creation, and risk prevention.
- Develop and refine CW-related processes, systems, and workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Execute derivatives/warrant transactions in alignment with the company’s approved strategy.
- Design and implement business plans for new CW products and future expansions.
- Monitor and drive the business performance of warrant issuance, ensuring profitability and risk mitigation
- Prepare and present key reports, including:
- Hedging book management
- CW product sales performance
- Risk prevention and market creation reports for the Management Board
- Provide Ad-hoc reports and analysis as required.
- Implement risk prevention measures and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
- Monitor market conditions and adjust strategies to mitigate risks effectively.
- Collaborate with the Management Board to introduce new products, policies, and strategic initiatives.
- Mentor and guide specialists within the department, fostering skill development and operational excellence.
- Represent the department in internal training programs and company-mandated courses.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing Covered Warrant (CW) and derivatives portfolios within a securities investment firm, investment bank, or brokerage. Proven experience in derivatives, structured products, or warrant trading.
- Strong understanding of risk management, hedging strategies, and financial markets. Ability to develop business plans, optimize processes, and drive KPIs.
- Leadership skills with experience in mentoring and guiding teams.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in financial derivatives.
- Proficient in technical analysis and stock evaluation; solid understanding of listed companies and business models is an advantage.
- Familiarity with data processing and programming languages such as VBA or Python is a plus.
- Fluent in English & Vietnamese.
