Role: MD is responsible for providing and driving the overall strategic development plan and vision for company, aligning with the strategy and vision of Group. This role plays a key part in generating benefits for other Business Units (BU) by creating higher product value, superior quality, or lower costs. MD is accountable for the entire process of business development and sales effectiveness by building and maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Establish business goals, budgets, and policies. Drive brand management, marketing, and business strategies.
- Performance Management: Oversee business operations, assess market research, and adjust plans to meet short and long-term objectives.
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Develop and manage annual budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
- Partnership Development: Build and maintain key relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Corporate Governance & Integrity: Ensure ethical practices, fraud prevention, and risk management.
- Team Development: Foster a positive work environment, coach staff, and plan succession for key talents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, Banking, Law, or Agriculture & Forestry (Land Management & Real Estate).
- Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in sales and marketing, especially in real estate development and business management.
- 3 years in a similar position.
- Fluent in English.

- In-depth knowledge of Business and Marketing.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance (strategic planning, financial and workforce allocation), team leadership, and human resource utilization.
- Extensive knowledge of real estate law and operations.
