MANUFACTURING TEST ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement Company test solutions in our partners factories and provide onsite support for New Product Introduction builds and Mass Production.
Monitor and drive new test equipment setup and sign off in accordance with the Company’s processes and procedures.
Drive FPY improvement with factory.
Work with the Manufacturing manager to drive test optimization to eliminate bottlenecks and improve UPH, positively impacting product variable costs.
Lead factory support for test or product technical issues, and coordinate support with Manufacturing Test Development (MTD) or R&D teams.
Work on transformation projects linked to big data and smart factory.

REQUIREMENT

Education: Electrical/Electronic engineering or equivalent
Working experience: 5+ year experience in electronic manufacturing industry
Languages: Business English proficiency & conversational Vietnamese are mandatory, other languages such as mandarin and French are a plus.
Previous experience advantageous (not mandatory):
RF, xDSL, DOCSIS technologies and test strategies
Hardware failure analysis & debugging
Test fixture design & maintenance.
