Marine Supervisor

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise maintenance activities onsite for Marine and Tank equipment.
  • Manage Contractor’s manpower at site and supervise work execution to make sure of safety, Quality, progress, and work efficiency.
  • Support Planner to prepare and propose list of spare part, consumable material, tool, potable machine to make sure for readiness for site work.
  • Coordinate with contractor, Planner, and Warehouse to get material based on requirement of Job.
  • Coordinate/work with Contractor to issue Investigation Report.
  • Prepare, review and confirm on Safety Work Method Statement, JSA, and all relative document for Site Work.
  • Coordinate with Operation, Tech, HSE or other relative Section for relating to site work execution.
  • Review and approve on Quality Control Request (QCR) delivered by Contractors for Site activities to control quality work.
  • Coordinate with Contractor for PTW preparation to be ready for Work on time (all required document shall be ready for work).
  • Coordinate with Contractor to issue Incompliance Report (Safety issue, Quality issue….).
  • Coordinate with Contractor, Operation, and other relative Department to close hard copy WO after work completion and hand over to Planner for closing on system.
  • Supply all relative technical document (QCR, Investigation Report and other…) to planner for attachment in WO before closing.
  • For specific technical issue at site. He will coordinate with team to study and propose solution to improve reliability of equipment and system.
  • Meet expectation that Supervisors spend minimum 50% of their time on site.
  • Coordinate with Planner, relative discipline or Division/Section for MOC Initiation.
  • Review to update existing procedure and develop new procedure as per assignment by Leader
  • Meeting and prepare Document for PSSR.
  • Follow the organization's HS&E policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions, to identify and mitigate environmental risks and risks to the wellbeing of oneself and others in the workplace. Identify patterns of risky behavior within the team and take appropriate action to resolve these, escalating serious issues as appropriate.
  • Other reasonable works as assigned by Leader.
 Requirements:
  • Knowledgeable with international standards, petroleum / petrochemical plant materials and equipment.
  • Basic knowledge in refinery processes
  • Knowledge for tanks, working principle.
  • Ability to work with relative other Discipline/Section/Division to coordinate in all issue.
  •  Experience of maintenance mechanical control and planning.
  • Report writing and presentation skills
  • English skills   IELTS 5.0 or equivalent
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
