Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Media (70%)

  • Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute campaigns to boost brand awareness, engagement, and user acquisition.
  • Digital & Content Oversight: Manage content across social media, websites, and video platforms for Asia, APAC, and EU markets.
  • Influencer & Partnerships: Collaborate with industry influencers and partners to enhance brand reach.
  • Performance & Analytics: Track campaign success, analyze data, and optimize strategies for growth.
  • Budget & Team Leadership: Oversee marketing resources, mentor the media team, and ensure effective cross-cultural collaboration.

Communication Management (30%)

  • Brand Messaging: Maintain consistent, culturally resonant communication across global markets.
  • Media & PR Relations: Handle press releases, publicity efforts, and crisis communications.
  • Community Engagement: Build and nurture an active esports community through events, tournaments, and partnerships.
  • Event Promotion: Plan and execute public events, sponsorships, and product launches to maximize exposure.

Qualifications

Must-have:

  • Education: Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or Media Studies; Master’s or Digital Marketing certification is a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years in marketing/media management, with 2+ years in a leadership role (gaming, esports, or entertainment preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, project management, leadership, and creative problem-solving abilities.
