Job Summary
We are in search of a skilled and seasoned Marketing Manager to become a valuable member of our team. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in formulating and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at showcasing our clinic's services, amplifying brand recognition, and fostering the acquisition and retention of patients.

Key Duties
  • Formulate Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute a strategic marketing blueprint in line with the clinic's goals to attract fresh patients and boost brand visibility.
  • Digital Marketing Oversight: Supervise digital marketing campaigns across diverse platforms (website, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM) to enhance engagement and generate leads.
  • Content Development: Create engaging and informative content, including articles, blog posts, videos, and infographics, to educate and captivate the target audience.
  • Brand Supervision: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and patient demographics to pinpoint growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., clinical staff, customer service, and administration) to synchronize marketing endeavors with clinic operations and patient requirements.
  • Partnerships and Events: Identify partnership prospects and strategize events or collaborations to broaden the clinic's reach and augment patient referrals.
  • Customer Experience Journey Analysis & Enhancement
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor marketing performance metrics, track key performance indicators, and generate regular reports to evaluate the efficacy of campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Possessing a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in healthcare or a related industry in marketing, with a history of successful campaigns and brand progression is beneficial.
  • Profound comprehension of digital marketing strategies, encompassing SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the capacity to decipher data and extract actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software.
  • Fluency in both Vietnamese and English languages.
