- Build and manage marketing strategy for the company;
- Research market and propose marketing strategies for new and existing products;
- Develop communication and marketing strategies for all kinds of brands (group brands, brand brands, product line brands) according to the business strategy of the company's Board of Directors;
- Plan and budget for marketing communication by year, quarter and month based on communication strategy approved by superiors and BOM. Monitor the budget on a quarterly and yearly basis and adjust the budget appropriately for each campaign;
- Building relationships with strategic partners of the company and suppliers;
- Train the staff in the department at each level to jointly achieve the work goals and KPIs set by the Board of Directors;
- Managing the work of the Marketing team (digital, content, event, PR), ensuring smooth operation and effective work performance;
Requirements:
- University graduate or higher, majoring in Marketing, Communication, or other related majors;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing with at least 2 years working as Marketing manager or the same positions;
- Having in-depth knowledge of Marketing, Digital Performance management;
- Having a strategic mindset;
- Excellent management and analyzing skill, great communication skills;
- Fluent in English;
- Having knowledge in Branding & Communication is a plus;
- Experience in organizing online and offline events is an advantage;
