• Language: Japanese (Good communication ~ N2 up) and English (fluently) 

• At least 5 years of experience in oversea purchasing and in the same position 

• Good management skills 

• Good problem solving skills 

• Logical thinking  

Mô tả công việc 

• Overall managing MC section (purchasing material from oversea and domestics 

• Control materials:  

• Optimize the stock level, classify it and make sure that the available stock and supplier’s delivery schedule meet customer’s requirement 

• Check and follow raw material shortage and supplier’s confirmation to meet production plan  

• Cooperate with other department catch up with customers’ updated requirement to adjust material plan timely... 

• Coordinate with other companies in Kaga’s group for material support  

• Manage team:  

• Assign job to team members suitably to ensure smooth effective job 

• Training and coaching surbodinates for skills up  

• Report to top management
