Position Overview:
As the Mechanical Project Manager, you will lead the charge in delivering projects from inception to completion. This role requires adept project management skills to ensure all objectives are met within budget, and to maintain our company’s standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Delivery Leadership:

  • Assemble and lead project teams, establishing effective organizational structures and working procedures.
  • Manage and monitor all project stages, from pre-design to completion.
  • Identify project objectives and allocate appropriate budgets to achieve optimal results.
  • Facilitate negotiations, analyses, and meetings with various stakeholders.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with clients.
  • Understand and address client needs and constraints.
  • Represent client interests throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Retain new business contacts and secure repeat business from investors or clients within an agreed timeframe.

3. Company Representation:

  • Act as the face of our business in all projects.
  • Promote our business offerings to key local clients in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.

Exceptional Leadership:

  • Hold a degree in a relevant mechanical engineering, PMP certification is preferred.
  • Have 5-10 years of experience in design, construction supervision, and project management.
  • Understand local codes and legislation.
  • Conduct consultations, analyses, and assessments.
  • Delegate responsibility and authority effectively within teams.
  • Make decisive decisions to resolve problems or improve operations.

Strong Communication:

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.

Initiative:

  • Foster an environment encouraging team member contributions.
  • Manage team members effectively, driving their enthusiastic and effective contributions.
  • Proactively seek and act on improvement opportunities.
