Working time: Monday – Friday (7:30-16:30)
1/ Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the team to deliver the services to clients with good performance, ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations.
• Drive process optimization, improvement, or productivity
• Drive initiative to meet G&O target (revenue, cost, attrition, customer NPS, and so on.)
• Keep good relationships with clients and create new growth opportunities.
• Mentor and guide teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
2/ Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications
• BCom Graduate or above, preferably trade, logistics degree, or other related majors
• Excellent communication skills in Japanese, both written and oral. (N1 or equivalent)
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement, more than 3 years of experience in team management with more than 25 team members
• Ability to work under pressure and willing to take challenges
• Good communication and leadership
Preferred qualifications
• Good English communication skills
• BPO industry working experience
• Project transition experience
• Familiar with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and visualization tools
