Working time: Monday – Friday (7:30-16:30)
1/ Key Responsibilities:
· Translation of technical procedure manuals: Correctly translate technical-related procedure manuals (English ⇔ Japanese).
· Support for member work: Provide guidance on member work, including handling irregular cases.
· Review of manuals: Periodic review of manuals prepared by members.
· Process improvement: Continuously review work content to identify areas for improvement and take immediate action.
· Mistake analysis: When a mistake occurs, review the circumstances and take measures to prevent recurrence.
· Quality assurance: Always Standardize work to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
· Communication with clients: Acting as a point of contact for members, flexibly communicate with clients to ensure smooth operations.
· Workload aggregation: Ensure appropriate workload balance by regularly aggregating the workload of each team member.
· Team training: Assist the manager in training team members in language and PC skills and job content, with the aim of improving their skills.
· Track team members' attendance: Track daily attendance.
2/ Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree.
· 3-5 years BPO experience.
· JLPT Level 1 (J3+ to J4).
· Good English language skills (reading and writing)
· Flexible use of Office.
· Able to learn each system in a short period of time and highly proactive in approach.
