Working time: Monday – Friday (7:30-16:30)
1/ Key Responsibilities:
· Quality management business: Aggregate, summarize, and report defect information obtained from various sales companies.
· Program meeting management: Identify and request approval for participant lists, create folders for technical liaison content and responses, facilitate, consolidate, notify, and follow up on technical liaison activities, edit and organize response content and response rates.
· Meeting room reservation business.
· Handling administrative support tasks: Aggregating survey results, password management, various distributions, and consolidation tasks.
2/ Qualifications:
· Japanese language proficiency level: N3 to N2
· BPO experience
· Proficient use of office software
