Key Responsibilities:
Ecommerce Marketing Planning & Management (35%)
- Plan and execute e-commerce marketing strategy to achieve the VN business objectives.
- Set up performance tracking & utilizing research tools and analyzing databases from variety of traffic sources.
- Develop relationship and differentiated growth plan with each key partners (pure players) to drive company growth in D2C/ecommerce platforms.
- Review the social presence (App, Google, Facebook, CPAS, ...) and expand performance platforms to push sales.
- Observe other ASEAN as center of excellence and replicate growth in VN.
- Focus: Pure Player (40%) / D2C Brand Shop Web (35%)/ D2C Store (20%).
Promotion and campaign management (35%)
- Work with content team to setup product listings, shop-in-shop designs and ensure content are aligned with the brand’s marketing and sales promotion plans.
- Collaborate with local partners/marketing team to increase demand generation during campaigns, drive performance metrix such as GMV, click through rate etc.
- Regionally align and develop the campaigns. · Focus: Pure Player (40%) / D2C Brand Shop Web (35%)/ D2C Store (20%)
Monitoring and analysis (15%)
- Daily optimize performance towards KPIs, analyze data and market trends.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and day-to-day campaign monitoring.
- Support to generate reports for analysis and insights on promotion and campaign performances.
- Focus: Pure Player (40%) / D2C Brand Shop Web (35%)/ D2C Store (20%)
Personnel management (10%)
- Establish & maintain effective communication patterns across different stakeholders (ecommerce, marketing, sales) for effective marketing campaign roll out
- Develop ecommerce marketing KPI and budget management
Knowledge management (5%)
- Ensure best possible knowledge (self-study, colleagues or trainings)
- Company & market PxM products (e.g. technical features, benefits)
- Ecommerce insights on consumer behavior, competitors' movement and strategy
- Competency based qualification (incl. relevant compliance topics)
- IT-relevant hard- & software topics (good user skills
Job Requirements:
- Minimum diploma/degree from recognized institution.
- Minimum 4-5 years' experience in Omnichannel, Digital Marketing. Experience with white goods industry preferred.
- Experience in working/collaborating with ecommerce e.g., D2C or Pure Players.
- Local cultural understanding.
- Balance of analytic and creative skills, good networking skills.
- High ability of multi-tasking, interpersonal communication skills.
- Presentation skills, computer skills in MS office.
