• Supervise operational activities, provide performance dashboards.
• Support cost control efforts with comprehensive analyses.
• Compile monthly operational costs, scrutinize variances.
• Provide commentary on reports, present trend insights.
• Track and analyze expense reports.
• Develop monthly forecasts for expenditures.
• Lead annual budget formulation.
• Assist Operations team with tasks and projects.
• Collaborate with accounting for accurate cost reporting.
• Prepare and upload monthly Capex reports.
• Perform assigned tasks by managers.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in management or business.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a multinational company.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese and English.
• Strong reporting skills in complex organizations.
• Excellent teamwork and time management.
