Role Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the output of product documentation and technical training materials in English:
- (1a) Responsible for the output of product specifications and technical documentation, including product or new feature introductions, product maintenance materials, etc.
- (1b) Coordinate with the branding department to plan and prepare video shooting for product promotional materials, including script preparation
- (1c) Assist in video shooting, material preparation, personnel coordination, and product operation. Verify and update subtitles in videos in line with product updates and new product releases.
2. Responsible for English technical support for products (training for customers' operators and technicians):
- (2a) Provide online product training to English-speaking customers. Collect and organize customer requirements and promptly communicate and follow up with the product department.
- (2b) Provide on-site technical support, handle after-sales issues, and promptly provide feedback to customers and relevant departments to improve customer satisfaction.
- (2c) Assist the central support team in improving the English market's pre-sales and after-sales knowledge base system.

Role Requirements:
1. Proficient in English language training and communication
2. Able to adapt to short-term business trips
3. Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and hands-on skills
4. Bachelor's degree or above in Aeronautics, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields
5. 2-3 years of experience in English customer service/ technical support for science & engineering related products, preferably for UAV products
