Main Responsibilities:
- Acquire new potential client business opportunities.
- Build digital marketing campaigns and sales plans to acquire more customers on consumers and merchant platforms.
- Build and manage sales & marketing metrics on the platform.
- Promote the value proposition and USPs of the product and upsell services and products and promote brand image and stakeholder value through better -customer experiences.
- Promote an energetic fan base for products and locate brand ambassadors to share the product's benefit and value.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best products for their needs.
- Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all customer success initiatives.
- Conduct necessary market research, and develop sales and marketing reports
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, customer success or digital marketing positions in Banking, Insurance or Tech platforms is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
- Technical skills required, as they relate to the use of the products and services to be solid.
- Accountability and personal organization are essential.
- Experience analyzing and optimizing the existing processes and developing new inter-divisional processes.
- Deep understanding of customers' concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed.
