RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketplace Performance Marketing Specialist to drive sales growth on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. Responsible for creating and optimizing data-driven campaigns to maximize ROI, ROAS, and overall performance outcomes.
1.Marketplace Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the Marketing Lead to create and implement performance marketing strategies for marketplace platforms.
Work with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business goals.
2.Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and manage ad campaigns (e.g., Sponsored Products, Shop ads, Discovery ads) across various marketplaces.
Monitor ad spend, bids, and budgets to ensure efficiency and profitability.
3. Optimization & Analytics:
Analyze campaign performance (CTR, conversion rates, AOV, ROAS) and optimize based on data and marketplace insights.
Work with the commercial team to improve product listings and conversions.
Implement A/B testing to optimize funnel performance.
4.Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with store operations/commercial teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with product availability and pricing strategies. Liaise with marketplace account managers to stay updated on platform updates and best practices.
5. Reporting:
Generate and present weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance and actionable insights.
Highlight successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
Experience: 5-7 years in performance marketing, specifically within online marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tiki)
Skills: Proven experience in managing and optimizing onsite ad campaigns; cross-functional collaboration with commercial and ops teams to maximize budgets
Strong ability to manage client relationship with fluent English communication.
