- We are a newly established manufacturing company specializing in the production and packaging of screws and fasteners, aiming to build a world-class operation with a strong focus on packaging excellence, quality, and efficiency.
- The Plant Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing, leading, and optimizing all plant operations, including production, packaging, maintenance, quality, and support functions. This individual will be responsible for building the team, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and ensuring operational excellence across the facility.
- Lead and manage daily operations across production, packaging, quality, maintenance, and supporting departments.
- Build, coach, and develop a strong operational team; foster a performance-driven culture aligned with company values.
- Set up and optimize production and packaging processes, with particular focus on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement and drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize workflow.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and wastewater management regulations.
- Manage heat treatment, plating, and related technical processes to meet industry standards and specifications.
- Develop, monitor, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager and leadership team to align plant operations with overall business strategy.
- Prepare and manage operational budgets; drive cost control and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain effective internal and external communication channels, ensuring fluent English communication with global and regional stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in fastener manufacturing, industrial manufacturing, or closely related sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge in heat treating, plating, and wastewater management.
- Proven experience in building, developing, and leading operational teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Expert in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with international teams and customers.
- Hands-on, practical leadership style with a strategic mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in setting up a new manufacturing facility or managing large operational transitions.
- Familiarity with packaging processes and operations in the fasteners industry.
- Professional certifications in Lean Six Sigma, TPM, or similar areas (a plus).
