Job Responsibilities:
1. Mainly responsible for new product introduction (NPI) stage of project; formulate project plan, clarifying the project goals, work content, schedule, staffing resource, and cooperate internally to kick project
2. Manage and control after project KO, including development, trial production, mass
production and other life cycle management. Responsible for on-site communication with customers (SI, CM, End customer) and accurately translate customer needs and communicating internally to ensure project delivery and customer satisfaction
3. Responsible for managing and coordinating with cross functional departments to ensure that the project is implemented in accordance with the project build plan.
4. Effectively manage risks that should arise during engineering builds
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, with oral Chinese OR Korean AND English communication skills; great English reporting skills.
2. Possess excellent project organization, customer communication
3. Experience in machine vision or automation machines is preferred;
4. Can adapt to long-term business trips (out of country)
