About the role:
We require dynamic individuals who can take up this role as a Pre-sales Consultant for our Security Operations Center (SOC). We focus on quality service and customer value add. To perform at this position, background of IT domain is required and knowledge of OT domain is a big plus. Pre-sales Consultant is responsible to assist in identifying opportunities for ITOT SOC services with company’s country office and Partners. This individual needs to be a team player and customer focused with a proactive approach to our customers.Key focus areas:
- Primary pre-sales focus will be in countries in Asia (Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore)
- Works closely with IT (OT) SOC technical team and senior members for technical and commercial proposal and demo support to End Customers and country office in Asia
- Support company’s events in various countries when required.
- Reports to Digital Service owner, Vietnam ODC team and Business Development Team
- Secondary pre-sales focus: Assist Pre-sales team in India on co-ordination activities such as proposals.

Senior BDMKey Responsibilities:
- Work with relevant teams for proposal creation and presentations.
- Work with various country offices to follow up on opportunity leads for IT (OT) SOC from start of deal to closure of deal. The opportunities will be in terms of RFP, RFI, Customer enquiries through ITOT SOC demand generation program.
- Attend weekly meetings, customer meetings, country office meetings as requested.
- Travel to various Asia countries will be required in case of international events, client meetings or demos, etc.
- Work closely with technical team on proposal phase for input on High level Diagram designs to meet customer technical requirements.
- Work closely with Yokogawa country office sales team on commercial proposals support for IT (OT) SOC.
Requirements:
Essential Skills- Good understanding of MITRE ATT&CK Framework for ICS and IT domain.
- Ability to lead opportunity from Pre-Sales stage to POC Stage successfully and to Proposal Stage
- Basic level of understanding of IT domain security with certifications like CEH and ECSA
- Should be a team player and customer focus.
- Basic knowledge of OT domain.
- Basic knowledge of IEC 62443 and Perdue model reference architecturee.
